Spotlight On: Queens Museum of Art

Welcome to QMA!

Cool Culture is proud to partner with the Queens Museum of Art, which provides free admission to all Cool Culture Family Pass holders.

One-of-a-Kind

QMA is located in beautiful Flushing Meadows-Corona Park in a building that once housed the United Nations.

Today, QMA is perhaps best-known for The Panorama of the City of New York, a model of all five boroughs of New York City that fits in a room the size of a baseball diamond! The museum is also host to several permanent collections, and celebrates the arts and arts education experiences through the display of special exhibitions and programming that reflect the diversity of the Queens community.

Explore Curiosities

David Strauss, QMA's Director of External Affairs, says “We picture it almost as a cabinet of curiosities. We’ve got a little of this and a little of that which offer glimpses into the past, present and future.”

So head out to QMA and explore New York as you've never seen it!
