You can use the Family Pass from the time you receive it until its expiration on October 31st.
Inquiries about replacing lost or stolen Family Passes should be directed to the Cultural Liaison at your child’s early childhood program. Depending on the time of the year, replacements requests may be submitted on your behalf by your Cultural Liaison during one of Cool Culture’s Family Pass Registration periods. In the meantime, the Cultural Liaison may give you a Loaner Pass until you receive your new customized Family Pass.
