School Eligibility and Family Registration
Signing up for Family Pass registration is through your child’s school or child care center, not directly through Cool Culture.
We partner with early childhood centers and grades Pre-K and Kindergarten in public elementary schools.
- Your school or center has to first enroll with Cool Culture. Eligibility for schools and centers and the application process is managed between the educators and our team.
- Once enrolled, the school or center receives information so families like yours can sign up. There are three rounds of Family Registration from October through February.
- Depending on when your family filled out the registration form, you will receive your Family Pass from November through March. Newsletters and invitations to Cool Culture events happen year-round.
Timeline
School/Center Enrollment: Your school or child care center enrolls with Cool Culture by November 21, 2025.
Family Registration: Families at enrolled schools and centers will be able to register for the Family Pass from August 4, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
Family Pass: Family Passes are distributed to your school or center from October through January, depending on when you filled out the family application form. The pass is valid at nearly 90 cultural partners through October 31, 2026.
Please note: For the 2025-2026 program year, we are implementing a new system to make it easier for educators to register families. This has created unexpected shifts in our timeline. Please refer to this timeline often as deadlines may change, and thank you for your patience as we build a better system.
