What an energizing month! The Cool Culture team met with dozens of educators at the UFT Early Childhood Conference on April 1st in Lower Manhattan. With their enthusiasm from the morning sessions and workshops, teachers and leaders from districts and schools serving 3K, preK, and Kindergarten families had a chance to learn about our programs and sign up for information about our enrollment season. 

 

Next we headed to Washington Heights for Columbia University Medical Center’s COMBO Playdate on April 23rd. Our team shared about Cool Culture’s programs with caregivers of babies born during the Covid-19 pandemic. Families browsed our Health + Wellbeing toolkits that encourage using storytelling and art making activities to inspire actions to care for the health of ourselves and our communities.
